摘要：
Generalized freckles and lentigines are well recognized complications following chronic oral psoralens and ultraviolet A (PUVA) therapy1,2. Less well recognized is a naevus spilus-like hyperpigmentation arising in psoriatic lesions3,4 during a first course of PUVA treatment. We report a case of speckled hyperpigmentation arising during bath PUVA.
