摘要：
The 1-pyrroline 1-oxide (8) which contains an indol-7-yl substituent attached to the 2-position has been synthesized by reductive cyclization of the related gamma-nitro ketone. The corresponding 1-pyrroline (9) has also been isolated as the result of non-selective reduction. A comparison of the indol-7-yl nitrone (8) is made with related indol-3-yl nitrones described earlier.
