摘要：

A direct injection gas chromatography system with a Teflon column of chlorofluorocarbon oil supported on Kel-F immersed in liquid nitrogen has been used to analyze mixtures of H//2 and F//2 containing He and HF sampled from a flow reactor. Oxygen at trace levels in these mixtures was determined with a precolumn of molecular sieve 5A followed by one of activated charcoal. Teflon tubing was excluded from the system for this analysis because of its permeability to air.
