摘要
A low-frequency dynamics of the lattice containing two-parametric substitutional impurities is studied. The analysis is performed for a wide range of concentrations. The restrictions for the method of coherent potential are examined and analytical expressions of the concentration dependence of the low-temperature heat capacity derived. The results of analytical consideration are illustrated with numerical calculations of the change in the vibrational spectrum due to the two-parametric substitutional impurities.
