摘要：

In situ polymerization is a promising technique for the preparation of composite materials. Although this concept has been existent since the late 1980s, it was only in 1992 that the method was tried for the first time. In this study, several tests were carried out to demonstrate the feasibility of in situ polymerization. In general, the tests led to the development of two ranges of product, the Casing-Flex and the Liner Flex. The development of these products only show that the method is suitable for such application.
