摘要
The determination of total lipids as well as the fatty acids composition of several samples of honey are presented. Besides of the acids 12:0, 14:0, 16:0, 18:0, 18:1, 18:2 and 18:3, all the samples contained n-decanedioic acid. Some samples also contained a C-10 monounsaturated dicarboxylic aca Fatty acids were found in free form but some esters were also detected. Identification was performed by GC and GC-MS analysis on methyl esters. The finding of dicarboxylic acids in honey is discussed.
