We calculated the heat capacity C-p/R of undercooled liquids by first converting the data for solids (s) and liquids (L) given by Kubaschewski, Alcock and Spencer into the equations used by us earlier. C-p(s)/R = 3F(theta(D)(s)/T) + bT + dT(3) C-p(L)/R = 3F(theta(D)(L)/T) + bT + hT(-2) where F(theta(D)/T) is the Debye function, b is the electronic contribution, and d and h are the anharmonic contributions. For alloys we assumed that the Kopp-Neumann rule is valid and added the values of b, d and h proportionally to the concentration of the alloy components. We treated Sn, In, and the ternary alloys Au0.77Ge0.136Si0.094; Au0.5325Pb0.275Sb0.1925, Al0.30La0.50Ni0.20, and Al0.15Ni0.25Zr0.60. The agreement between experimental and calculated values is very good.
