摘要：
The article analyzes some approaches to interpreting the essence of the notion of health, presents contemporary students' ideas of health and healthy life-style. The latter include rejection of bad habits, rational nutrition, sports, hygiene, harmony with the inner world, humane attitude to people around, positive emotions. Particular attention is paid to the factors that lead to health problems. The author demonstrates some trends in health support that can be interesting for young people.
