摘要
Problem of the design of the pedagogical diagnostics system, which provides the educational system with a feedback, become actual, when information technologies are used in educational process. Notwithstanding high development of mathematical procedures and means of pedagogical measurements, there is no technology of design of the pedagogical diagnostics system. It is necessary realise this design as technology. This paper purpose is substantiation of the principles and requirements on the design of the automated system of the pedagogical diagnostics that realises on the base of educational principles, psychology and pedagogical literature analysis, and author's experience. Future prospect of research is connected with systematisation of advanced requirements, design of technologies, methods and techniques that satisfy these requirements.
