摘要
Content of methane in cola beds, clays and coal interlayer are insignificant and are equal to 0,012... 0,020 m(3)/t. Basic sources of methane emission into mining atmosphere are old gobs. Basic reason of methane appearance in mines of Moscow Coal Basin is biochemical activity of a methane-oxidyzing bacterium. It's proved that for vital activity of the methane-oxidyzing bacterium conditions must be follow: oxygen concentration is 9....12 %; availability of organic matter; underground water acidity is 6...7; temperature is 7...20 degrees C
