摘要
The effects of different levels of connectivity of non-formal and formal education on cognitive development, school achievements, personal and social development of children and youth are discussed. The article presents analysis and research results related to the socio-cultural influences, economic and regional disparities, access and barriers to participation and inclusion, opportunities and prospects. The challenges and difficulties arising from global trends in modern society and ideas for solutions are discussed. The necessity of re-conceptualization of understanding of learning, of individual and social responsibilities in education on the concept of the interrelationships among formal, non-formal and informal education is argued.
