We report a morbidly obese, 25-year-old male who presented to us with blurring of vision of both eyes. Fundus examination revealed severe papilledema, with corresponding visual field and color vision defects. A sleep study confirmed obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) syndrome. He was given therapeutic nocturnal oxygen by Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), which helped papilledema.
