THE WETTING BEHAVIOR OF FRESNOITE AND SPHENE ON BATIO3 CERAMICS

摘要
Based on heating-microscope and electron-probe microanalysis it is shown that the BaTiO3-Ba2TiSi2O8 system should be pseudobinary, whereas the BaTiO3-sphene one should not. Contact-angle measurements are presented for these systems and the BaTiO3-Ba6Ti17O40 eutectic.
