摘要：
This paper describes an application of multicriteria choice problems in structuring and analysis of economic clusters by MAP-CLUSTER software system. The system utilises a specially designed approach to solve analysis problems that deal with planning, structuring and prediction variants of horizontal network integration of small business enterprises.
