摘要
Deep dormant Fraxinus excelsior seeds were treated with solutions of spermine, kinetin and gibberellin before the warm (15-degrees-C) or cold (13-degrees-C) stratification. It has been found that the treatment before warm stratification inhibited dormancy breaking and germination. When applied before cold stratification it stimulated dormancy breaking but lowered germinability when compared with a control variant (soaking seeds in plain water).
