Intraneural ganglion is a rare condition. We present a ease of peroneal nerve palsy due to an intraneural ganglion of the peroneal nerve, Full recovery followed surgical decompression. Apparent idiopathic foot drop is an indication for exploration of the common peroneal nerve.
