摘要
The elaboration of an instrument to measure the satisfaction of the natural and juridical clients in the Fishing company of Pinar del Rio, is intended to perfect the commercialization administration, keeping in mind the necessities, likes, habits, possibilities, expectations and demands of these. The systematizing of relating theoretical on the instruments to measure the satisfaction of the clients in the commercialization, as well as the results of the diagnosis allowed to design a procedure that includes, the analysis - synthesis, in function of studying the factors that gravitate in the dissatisfactions of the clients manifested in complaints, positions, publications in the press, surveys and other spaces, on the results of the commercial administration and to extract the premises for the elaboration of the commercialization plan starting from tools that provide to the entity orientation toward the satisfaction of the expectations of the clients.
