摘要
Rosmarinic acid (RA) is a natural antioxidant produced by cell suspension cultures of Sage (Salvia officinalis L.). Kinetics of growth and production were first observed on different routine media. The effects of increase in sucrose in those different media were then studied. Results show that the medium most favourable for maintenance conditions is not the best for the production phase in optimal conditions.
