摘要：
The dependence of the industrial maintenance engineering team remains vital, having a major impact on the operating results of the maintenance department, and therefore the company. Management of the knowledge of that group is therefore vital and must be one of the actions of the Department, in order to improve, learn, share experiences, improve the processes based on the experience of others, in order to improve efficiency in the management of the Organization's assets where they operate.
