FACTORS FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF THE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE AREAS OF MAINTENANCE OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

摘要：
Activity in the industrial maintenance engineering depends on many technical and human resources that directly affect the operation of the company. This article shows a review of two books of research dealing with one of the most important resources, the human component and the transmission of strategic knowledge of maintenance departments, and the factors that affect. They were published after field research applied in European industrial companies, showing the characteristics of the transmission of knowledge in these organizations and the consequences of applying knowledge management models in these activities.
