摘要：
Young apparently healthy rabbits (30), distributed in 5 groups, were dosed orally with 0,0.035,0.05, 0.0625 mg crude AFB1 equivalent and 0.0625 mg pure AFB1/kg body weight daily for 30 days. Clinically, the toxin treated animals showed signs of anorexia, loss of body weight, weakness, fur chewing, dehydration and emaciation followed by death. The gross and histopathological changes in various organs were suggestive of toxicosis.
