摘要
The article presents the analysis of the research skills of future teachers in higher educational institutions. Teaching and research skills are an integral part of teaching and research activity of a teacher, which are formed throughout the study. The higher education should prepare students for active unforseen professional, managerial, and other problematic situations. The analysis of psycho-pedagogical and methodological literature has shown that the formation of the teaching and research skills of students depends on the methodology and organization of educational and research activities of students and the formation of their research skills, as it is reflected in the writings of prominent scholars of Ukraine. The research elements in all forms of educational process in higher educational institutions are the following: lecture courses, seminars, laboratory and practical classes, writing and presentation of essays, term papers and graduation thesis. Students should deal with research activities; mastering the skills of scientific activity should be considered as an important prerequisite for efficient professional training. It is difficult to imagine a modern teacher without the constant search, without trying to improve the educational process, without trying to realize his/her own creative potential. And a pledge of all this may be formed during student years. Thus, students owe the ability of setting goals to scientific researches. Conditions, which promote the activation of students' research activities, are the following: homely atmosphere in a class, union of individual activity and teamwork, formation of inner stimuli for studying process, self-training etc.
