DIELECTRIC STUDIES OF MODIFIED LEAD-MAGNESIUM NIOBATE CERAMICS

摘要
Samples of lead-magnesium-nickel niobate in polycrystalline form have been synthesized by high-temperature solid-state reaction technique. Preliminary structural studies revealed that the material consists-of cubic perovskite structure with pyrochlore phase. Dielectric studies show that the material exhibits not so broadened phase transition like that of lead-magnesium niobate, rather behaves almost as Curie-Weiss type dielectric.
