摘要
This article is a research cutout developed by the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (Unisul) as a sample of the professionals working in it aiming at seeking to subsidize Environmental Education (EE) programs. It is based on a qualitative- quantitative research by choosing the environmental perception as a background to identify ways of being aware of the environmental issues and also signaling for possible strategies to be adopted by intervention methods in the university. The environment is, among the other results, highlighted as nature to be preserved and marveled (SAUV. 1996). Issues regarding the reduction levels of water, paper, and waste are among those of great concern and care. The research team, in their vast majority, find it important to discuss the environmental issues in the university; they claim that contact with environmental issues come especially from the influence of mediating resources, and point to speeches as being the main interventive and educative strategy. However, the university action calls for a new look into the human conduct towards a planetary sustainability.
