摘要
BLP is a company in the automotive branch passing through a phase of organizational change, generated by the profile of the new manager and its business model. Name change, implementation of new services and products and mainly team management changes. A company that is in its third generation and experiencing a new look and conflicts inherent to these changes. The case presents the three times that the company has passed and is passing, related to your succession process and deepens at the moment, because from there there is an important contribution to discussion of issues related to organizational behavior, such as conflict, change, organizational structure, leadership and culture.
