摘要
Recent results call for a reinterpretation of the mechanisms underlying the recruitment of intracellular Ca2+ in exocrine glands. One new hypothesis suggested by these developments is that InsP3-sensitive channels liberate Ca2+ ions from secretory vesicles, as illustrated in Fig. 5. © 1991 Springer-Verlag New York Inc.
