摘要
The rapid development of biotechnology in the fields of agriculture and food processing has lead to a controversal public discussion. A retrospective study has shown which information and comments the press conveys on the subject. Agricultural applications are more often dealt with than those in food technology, and brief reports on subjects of current interest are more frequent than detailed presentations.
