摘要
Co-Leadership in the Balint Group will be discussed from different points of view. Co-leadership changes external and internal group structures. Both leader and co have to form a co-therapeutic team. Sitting position, gender, training situation and group acting as a genuine work group according to W.R. Bion are important aspects to consider. Co-leadership can have a positive influence on the group process and the outcome of the working group. Working in co-leadership, both leaders will be able to provide for each other a psychic containment. Co-leadership will also cause a change in the dynamics of the group in the form of triangulation. Both leader and co are thus able to have special impact on the group dynamics by intervening as a reflective team.
