摘要
The board structure and executive incentive mechanism are important guarantees for the growth of agricultural enterprises. Selecting 45 agricultural listed companies from 2003 to 2022 as research samples, this study explores the impact of board structure and executive incentive methods on the growth of agricultural enterprises. The research results indicate that there is an inverted “U” shaped relationship between the size of the board of directors and the growth of agricultural enterprises. When the number of directors is 11, the growth of agricultural enterprises reaches the highest level; The proportion of independent directors has a positive impact on the growth of agricultural enterprises; Both executive compensation incentives and executive equity incentives have a significant driving effect on the growth of agricultural enterprises, and the driving effect of executive equity incentives is greater.
