摘要
Problems connected with the insufficiently wide use of Al – Li alloys in the aircraft industry are considered. The discussed problems include the low thermal stability, the high anisotropy of properties of semiproducts, especially rolled ones, the susceptibility to local deformation, high scattering of the values of fracture toughness, deviation of the trajectory of fatigue cracks from straightforward direction, and some other topics. Ways to solve the problems are analyzed.
