Corrosion resistance of nitride films in sulfuric acid

摘要：
Using the gravimetric method, we have studied the corrosion resistance of substrates made of different metals and nitride films applied on them. The corrosion potentials and currents have been determined. We have established that films obtained by different methods possess a fairly high corrosion resistance in 10% sulfuric acid solution at room temperature.
