摘要
In this work we continue considering solid hybrid systems formed from semiconductor quantum dots and microcavities integrated into a single optical scheme. In the second part, the main emphasis is on the methods of investigation and on the schemes for recording of the spectra and the time dependences of the population energy level, which illustrate the modern control level of the quantum state of these systems. © 2014, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
