Wir beschreiben das Auftreten eines gut differenzierten Liposarkoms und multipler Lipome bei einem Patienten mit beidseitigem Retinoblastom. Gut differenzierte Liposarkome der Haut sind selten und haben eine gute Prognose. Bei Überlebenden eines Retinoblastoms treten gehäuft Zweitmalignome auf. Lipome sind in diesem Zusammenhang ein klinischer Indikator für ein erhöhtes Risiko für Zweitmalignome. Bisher gibt es kein standardisiertes Nachsorgeprogramm. Wir empfehlen daher regelmäßige klinisch-dermatologische Untersuchungen alle 6 Monate und ggf. eine frühzeitige Exzision suspekter Läsionen.
