摘要
An energy-efficient method is proposed for producing composite materials based on SiC modified by oxide eutectic compositions with high mechanical characteristics. The effect of variation of the granulometric composition on the physical and mechanical properties of ceramic is investigated. The ratio of the fractions is determined, and a dense material with high strength and fracture toughness is obtained. The new ceramic is promising for construction and body armor.
