Monitoring the Implementation of the Strategy for Development of the Electronics Industry of the Russian Federation

Abstract—: The article presents the authors’ pilot project for monitoring the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Electronics Industry of the Russian Federation. Monitoring stages include analysis of industry indicators (number and size of organizations, intensity of competition); economic viability (economic potential, efficiency, growth); business reputation of companies (corporate, financial, market, social components). Sectoral indicators are proposed as quantitative characteristics that provide regular diagnostics of the development of the industry and the identification of the most effective business models, which will serve as the basis for justifying the forms of financing and a flexible system of support for enterprises. The monitoring model developed provides control over the restructuring of the industry, the creation of a fair competitive market, an increase in the share of efficient private Russian companies, and their integration into the global ecosystem. © 2021, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
