摘要
Chlamydia trachomatis is one the most important sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). The classical microbiological investigation for the infection usually takes a long time for the laboratory process. Here, the author performed a re-evaluation on the PCR test for detection of Chlamydia trachomatis using NLO and NRO primers. The cross reactions to similar bacterial species were assessed. The author used a new electronic PCR tool for the evaluations in this study. The analysis of the PCR product shows that there is a separated band, 1128. The sequences of the 390 band isshown in the article. The results from cross-reactions analysis show no detectable to other Chlamydia spp. Here, it can conclude that the PCR test for detection of C. trachomatis using NLO and NRO primers has good diagnostic property.
