摘要：
Der anisotrope magnetoresistive Effekt basiert in diesem Fall auf der Abhängigkeit des elektrischen Widerstands vom Winkel zwischen der spontanen Magnetisierung und der Stromdichte in einem dünnen Permalloy-Film. Zu dessen Herstellung müssen insbesondere die Parameter des Sputterprozesses optimiert werden. Die Ergebnisse werden anhand verschiedener mikrotechnologischer Sensorlayouts für Brückenschaltungen erörtert, wobei eine Magnetfeldauflösung im nT-Bereich in einem Frequenzbereich von 0 bis 1 kHz erzielt werden soll.
