摘要
We investigated the variation of the capacity of metal–oxide–metal systems (MOM systems) of the aluminum – anodic aluminum oxide film (A–AAOF) type during their thermodepolarization. The temperature dependence of the capacity was nonmonotonic and correlated with the temperature dependence of the thermostimulated depolarization (TSD) current during the first thermostimulation. The effect relates to the corresponding change of the dielectric susceptibility of the oxide due to the destruction of the electret state of the A–AAOF system. Experimental estimates of the electric moment related to the Н–О bond in γ-АlООН oxyhydroxide molecules are presented.
