Abstract: Resonance states in the 16O + 12C reaction at low energies of interaction (up to 7.5 MeV in the center-of-mass system) are considered. The behavior of the fusion cross section for such nuclei is considered in the context of a potential model predicting the emergence of low-energy molecular states. © 2021, Allerton Press, Inc.
