Giant trichophytobezoar in a pediatric patient with trichotillomania

摘要：
We report a case of a 13-year-old girl with trichotillomania. A plain abdominal radiograph and axial CT scan revealed a well-defined mass within the stomach. Gastrotomy was performed and a 19×11×2-cm trichophytobezoar was delivered intact.
