摘要
A new isoflavone was isolated from rhizomes of yellow flag (Iris pseudacorus L.). Its structure was established as 5,6-dihydroxy-7,8,3′,5′-tetramethoxyisoflavone based on physicochemical properties; UV, IR, PMR, and NOESY spectroscopy; and mass spectrometry.
