摘要
Ein 77-jähriger Patient mit ischämischer Kardiomyopathie, hochgradig eingeschränkter linksventrikulärer Funktion und primärprophylaktischem biventrikulärem Defibrillator erhält wegen multipler ventrikulärer Tachykardien unter Amiodaron eine Katheterablation. Einige Wochen später stellt sich der Patient mit unspezifischen Symptomen, Unwohlsein und Übelkeit bei durchgehender biventrikulärer Stimulation erneut vor.
