USF1-CHCHD4 axis promotes lung adenocarcinoma progression partially via activating the MYC pathway

摘要
CHCHD4 was highly expressed in LUAD.Knockdown of CHCHD4 suppressed the malignant phenotype of LUAD.USF1 upregulated CHCHD4 and promoted LUAD progression.Knockdown of CHCHD4 inhibited LUAD progression.
