摘要
Abstract: Optical heating in solids is fundamentally related to the dissipation of energy during absorption. The absorption of light can nevertheless be enhanced through the excitation of optical resonances (e.g., plasmon, Mie, and Fano). The authors investigate the amplification of light absorption in nanostructured silicon via excitation of the optical near field in the gap between the tip of a silicon probe and a gold film. © 2023, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
