摘要
The multiband spider slot patch antenna for 5G and underwater communications is described in this manuscript, which is based on mm waves. The projected antenna is capable of operating at a variety of frequencies, including 10.16 GHz, 30.08 GHz, 36.08 GHz, and 41.3 GHz. The fundamental feature of this antenna is to offer multi band attributes, privileged gain with considerable losses at maximum frequencies. Furthermore, with the aid of this antenna we can determine the quality of the ground w ater for utility purpose. The suggested design is developed with Rogers RT/Duroid 5880, the dielectric constant is 2.2 then having a thickness of 0.8. This design is having two spider slots with identical parameters, the splits are arranged on the walls of the patch, to attain circular polarization along with multi band characteristics. It is possible to generate circular polarization with two equal magnitude electric field components with a 90°-phase difference by using the spider slot structure. A HFSS and anechoic chamber were used to validate the simulation results and measurement results, where primary parameters such as S11, VSWR, gain, and radiation patterns were measured both in free space in addition to underground environments. A comparison of our current work with previous work is presented, along with 3D polar plots of the gain and current distribution plots. We ensure that the Underwater communication can be accomplished with the suggested design.
