摘要
The improved X-ray optical scheme, the system of registration, and the measurement procedure of the multifunctional synchrotron radiation spectrometer in the dispersive EXAFS mode are described. The results of the spectrometer energy resolution measurements are given. The advantages and disadvantages of traditional and dispersive EXAFS spectrometers are analyzed. Examples of EXAFS spectra measured in the dispersive mode are given. © 2017, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
