In the paper, we propose the higher order Hadamard directional derivative, a new kind of generalized derivatives for set-valued maps. Then we establish optimality conditions for Pareto efficient solutions of equilibrium problems with mixed constraints using this derivative. For applications, we obtain optimality conditions for some mathematical models in optimization. Several examples are given to illustrate our results.
