摘要
It is found that solutions of humic substances isolated from municipal composts are not inferior in effectiveness to commercial preparations. Thus, the germination rate of garden cress seeds and length of roots and shoots increase; the weight of the plants increases as a result of treating the leaves. The content of heavy metals that passed into solutions of humic substances from the composts is insignificant.
