Dielectric and Thermal Properties of Potassium Nitrate–Carbon Nanotube Composites

Abstract: Results are presented from studying composites obtained by mixing potassium nitrate and carbon nanotubes. It is established that the interaction between the composites’ component expands the range of the temperatures at which the ferroelectric phase of potassium nitrate exists from 22 K for KNO3 to 38 K for composites that are 2.0% carbon nanotubes. © 2023, Allerton Press, Inc.
