摘要
Abstract—To prepare composite coatings, flux-cored wires are used, in which alloying elements are introduced into a charge, which ensures the required physicomechanical properties of the coatings. Carbon, which is present in a bound state in the charge of flux-cored wire, is shown to increase the adhesive strength and to decrease the wear. The introduction of tungsten and titanium carbides into a charge increases the hardness of the coatings by 13%, and complex Fe–Ni–Al charge systems increase the adhesive strength and cohesion of the coatings. Based on the experimental results, the flux-cored wires that allow the physicomechanical properties of the composite coatings to be increased are determined.
